Ingredients:
- Mango pulp 1 cup
- Mango Pieces 1 cup
- Fresh Cream ½ cup
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp
- Beaten cream to garnish
Method:
- Mix together, 1 cup mango pulp, ½ cup fresh cream
- Add 1 tbsp sugar powder in a bowl and mix it.
- Separate some of the mango pieces and layer the remaining mango pieces in glasses.
- Add in mango cream on it.
- Pour over the beaten cream and garnish it with mango pieces. Serve chilled.
