Mango Cream

Ingredients:

  • Mango pulp 1 cup
  • Mango Pieces 1 cup
  • Fresh Cream ½ cup
  • Sugar powder 1 tbsp
  • Beaten cream to garnish

Method:

  1. Mix together, 1 cup mango pulp, ½ cup fresh cream
  2. Add 1 tbsp sugar powder in a bowl and mix it.
  3. Separate some of the mango pieces and layer the remaining mango pieces in glasses.
  4. Add in mango cream on it.
  5. Pour over the beaten cream and garnish it with mango pieces. Serve chilled.
