Ingredients:
- Mangoes (peeled and chopped) 3-4
- Cream 2 cups
- Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
- to Garnish:
- Mango (chopped in tiny cubes) 1
- Cream whipped 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a blender put the mango chunks, condensed milk and cream
- Blend till smooth and freeze in an air-tight tin.
- Remove once half set and beat up and again freeze.
- Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times.
- Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
