Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes (peeled and chopped) 3-4
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
  • to Garnish:
  • Mango (chopped in tiny cubes) 1
  • Cream whipped 1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. In a blender put the mango chunks, condensed milk and cream
  2. Blend till smooth and freeze in an air-tight tin.
  3. Remove once half set and beat up and again freeze.
  4. Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times.
  5. Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
