Mango Salsa by Chef Tahir at Chaska Pakanay Ka

Ingredients:

2 cup mango cubes
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 green chillies
2 tbsp mint leaves
2 tbsp tomato chopped
1/4 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp cumin seed crushed
2 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp raisins

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, serve chilled.
Ragu Beef Lasagne
400 ground beef
200gm Ragu Sauce
2 cup white sauce
2 cups shredded  mozzarella cheese
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet; drain. Stir in Sauce on low heat
Combine white sauce, mozzarella cheese large bowl; set aside.
Evenly spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in baking dish. Layer4 lasagna noodles, then 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 cup white sauce  mixture; repeat. Top with remaining 4 noodles and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. . Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
