Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chillies chopped 3
- Green coriander chopped as required
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spices powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 1
Method:
- In a bowl mix gram flour, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green coriander,
- chopped green chillies, salt and red chili powder.
- Then add water and knead it make fritters. In a pan boiled water and dip fritters.
- In a pan heat oil and fry onion . Add tomato, salt, red chilli powder, all spice powder sauté well.
- Add fritters fry well. After that add water of fritter and mix.
- Dish out.
