Mangochian

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour                                          1 cup
  • Onion chopped                                 1
  • Green chillies chopped                 3
  • Green coriander chopped            as required
  • Crushed coriander                           1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped                                  1 tsp
  • Salt                                                         to taste
  • Red chili powder                              1 tbsp
  • All spices powder                            1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped                             1

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix gram flour, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green coriander,
  2. chopped green chillies, salt and red chili powder.
  3. Then add water and knead it make fritters. In a pan boiled water and dip fritters.
  4. In a pan heat oil and fry onion . Add tomato, salt, red chilli powder, all spice powder sauté well.
  5. Add fritters fry well. After that add water of fritter and mix.
  6. Dish out.
