Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg 16 pcs
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 ½ tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Khatai powder 1 ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup + ¼ cup
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- All spice ¾ tsp
- Green chilies 6
Method:
- Heat oil add chicken fry, add salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste with ¼ cup water fry for 10 mins.
- Grind together half quantity of fenugreek seeds mustard seeds to a powder, add to the chicken with khatai powder and all spice.
- When chicken tender remove.
- Heat remaining ¼ cup oil in a pan, fry remaining fenugreek seeds onion seeds, mustard seeds and ½ tsp chili powder; add this to the chicken with lemon juice green chilies.
- Leave it on dum.
