Ingredients:
- Bitter Gourd ½ kg
- Chopped Onion 4
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger, Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Nigel 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
- Tamarind Juice ½ cup
- Jiggery 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves few
- Salt to taste
- Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
- Mustard Oil 1 cup
For Washing Bitter Gourd:
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tamarind Juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Jiggery 1 tsp
Method:
- Peel Bitter Gourd, wash and paste turmeric ,tamarind juice, salt and jiggery then wash again and in a skillet heat mustard oil put chopped onion make light pink.
- Now add ginger garlic paste crushed red chili turmeric chopped coriander fennel seeds and salt and cook then in a washed bitter gourd fill this masala and pack.
- Then in a frying pan heat oil and fry then add remaining tomato paste tamarind pulp jiggery and fried bitter gourd and let It cook and serve .
