Masala Bhari Machli

Ingredients:

  • Fish                                        1 kg
  • Tamarind pulp                   4 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin                  2 tsp
  • Roasted carom seeds     1 tsp
  • Coriander powder           2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic                       1 tbsp
  • Gram flour                          1 cup
  • Oil                                           as required
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Red chili powder              2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili              1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix tamarind pulp, ½ tsp salt, cumin, carom seeds, ginger garlic.
  2. Add coriander powder and red chili powder in a bowl and fill this in fish then leave for 1 hour.
  3. Now mix gram flour, ½ tsp salt and crushed red chili with little water.
  4. Then coat fish in gram flour and deep fry in oil.
