Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Roasted carom seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Oil as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix tamarind pulp, ½ tsp salt, cumin, carom seeds, ginger garlic.
- Add coriander powder and red chili powder in a bowl and fill this in fish then leave for 1 hour.
- Now mix gram flour, ½ tsp salt and crushed red chili with little water.
- Then coat fish in gram flour and deep fry in oil.
