Masala Dar Pasanday by Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Pasanday ½ kg
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) 2 pc
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom 3-4 pc
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Loaf 4-5 pc
  • Bay Leaves 2-3 pc
  • Red Chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Green Chili 5-6 pc
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Ginger (finely slice) 1 inch piece
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil, add black pepper, cumin seeds, black cardamom, loaf and bay leaves.
  2. Crisp fry it.
  3. Now add onion & garlic & fry it.
  4. When onion is brown then add pasanday & cook it well.
  5. Now add red chili crushed & mix it & cook it well.
  6. When pasanday is tender then add coriander and green chilies & cook it on low flame.
  7. Dish it out & serve it.
