Ingredients:
- Chicken (cut in small pieces) 1
- Tomatoes 8
- Onion 2 large
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Green chili 6
- Ginger (slices) 4 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and chicken fry for 15 minutes then remove and keep a side.
- Now onion adds and fry 5 minutes.
- Then ginger and garlic fry 1 minute.
- After this tomato, crushed red chili
- Add turmeric and salt mix and fry 1 minute and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Then green chili and ginger fry for a minute and mix in chicken then serve it.
