Ingredients:
- Chicken Tikka Pieces 4
- Carom Seeds 1tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tbsp
- Red Color ½ tsp
- Tatri ½ tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic 1tbsp
- Tomato ½ kg
- Green Chilies 6
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Whole Coriander (chopped) 2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan, add carom seeds, garam masala powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder and fry.
- Now in a bowl, add red color, yogurt, ginger garlic,tatri ,salt and mix.
- Marinate chicken with this mixture and leave it half an hour.
- In separate pan, heat oil add tomato slices.
- Now add chicken and cover it for 10 minutes.
- When dries water add roasted cumin seeds,chopped whole coriander,green chilies, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
