Masalaydar Tandoori Karahi By Rida Aftab’s

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka Pieces 4
  • Carom Seeds 1tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Red Color ½ tsp
  • Tatri ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic 1tbsp
  • Tomato ½ kg
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Whole Coriander (chopped) 2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, add carom seeds, garam masala powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder and fry.
  2. Now in a bowl, add red color, yogurt, ginger garlic,tatri ,salt and mix.
  3. Marinate chicken with this mixture and leave it half an hour.
  4. In separate pan, heat oil add tomato slices.
  5. Now add chicken and cover it for 10 minutes.
  6. When dries water add roasted cumin seeds,chopped whole coriander,green chilies, coriander leaves and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
