Ingredients:
- Peas 1 cup
- Cottage cheese cubes 1 packet
- Chopped onion 2
- Red chili 8-10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Beaten egg 4
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Chopped Green coriander ½ bunch
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Take ½ cup oil in the pan, add in 2 chopped onions and golden brown it.
- Add in 4 beaten eggs and keep on stirring the spoon till egg cooks and turn into pieces.
- Add in peas and 1 tsp turmeric, cook it and add in salt. Add in 8-10 red chilies, add in cottage cheese, chopped green chilies and ½ bunch green coriander and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Serve it with parathas.
