Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 750 gm
- Edible gum 200 gm
- Gurr 2 glasses chopped
- Caster sugar ½ cup
- Ghee 2 ½ cups
- Dry grated coconut 1 cup
- Almonds sliced ½ cup
- Pistachios sliced ½ cup
Method:
- Heat half quantity ghee, fry edible gum, remove
- Add gurr to that ghee, and in the left over ghee
- Add wheat flour and bhuno on low flame for 15 mins.
- Now mix everything together
- Save in an airtight jar and use as required.
