Mattar Paneer Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese                                200 gm
  • Boiled peas                         1-1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes grinded           1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion    2
  • Salt                                         as required
  • Red chili powder              1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                              ¼ tsp
  • Green coriander               1 cup
  • Green chilies                      1 cup
  • Fried onion                         as required
  • Lemon juice                       2 tbsp
  • Boiled rice                           ½ kg
  • Oil                                           ¾ cup
  • Yellow food color             as required
  • Mix all spice                        1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs                         2

Method:

  1. Heat oil fry onion and all spice.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt ,green chilies and turmeric fry well.
  3. Add boiled peas cook few minute.
  4. Add cottage cheese.
  5. Also add green coriander, green chilies, mint, lemon juice and all spice.
  6. In a pan add half cup of water and 2 tbsp of oil with half rice.
  7. Add little masala and rice.
  8. After that add yellow food color dissolve in water and simmer.
  9. When its done garnish with boiled eggs and fried eggs.
