Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks2
  • Mustard paste1 tsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Pepper½ tsp
  • Oil150 ml

Method:

  1. In a food processor or blender add the yolks, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Blend well.
  2. Next add the oil with the machine running in a very slow stream or else the mayonnaise will not form.
  3. Once all oil is incorporated in gradually the mayonnaise is ready.
  4. Refrigerate and use within a day or two.
  5. Before using mix well.
