Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Roasted cumin 1tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Papaya 1tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2tbsp
  • Grinded coconut 1tbsp
  • Round red chilies 10
  • Tamarind juice 4tbsp
  • Turmeric 1tbsp
  • Onions 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies to taste
  • Coriander to taste

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds and cumin on iron griddle
  2. Now take 1 cup water add roasted masalas ,salt,crushed red pepper
  3. Add papaya ,coconut,turmeric and tamarind paste add this on chicken
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and roast round red chilies and onions
  5. Now add chicken in this roasted mixture & cook it on a high flame
  6. When oil comes on the top so add yogurt , green chilies and coriander and give dam to 10 minutes then serve.
