Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Roasted cumin 1tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 2tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Papaya 1tbsp
- Poppy seeds 2tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2tbsp
- Grinded coconut 1tbsp
- Round red chilies 10
- Tamarind juice 4tbsp
- Turmeric 1tbsp
- Onions 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies to taste
- Coriander to taste
Method:
- Roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds and cumin on iron griddle
- Now take 1 cup water add roasted masalas ,salt,crushed red pepper
- Add papaya ,coconut,turmeric and tamarind paste add this on chicken
- Now heat oil in a pan and roast round red chilies and onions
- Now add chicken in this roasted mixture & cook it on a high flame
- When oil comes on the top so add yogurt , green chilies and coriander and give dam to 10 minutes then serve.
