Meat Balls by Gulzar Hussain

Meat Balls recipe by Chef Gulzar Hussain at live cooking show “Dawat” at Masala TV.

Ingredients:

For Meat Balls

  • Chicken Mince 700 grams
  • Beated Eggs 2
  • Chopped Onion 2
  • Chopped Garlic 5-6
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste 
  • For Sauce 
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Chopped Onion 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

For Serving

  • Long Buns 3-4
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese 200 grams

Method:

1. Take a cooking pan add oil heat the oil add 2 chopped onions and sauté the onions now add 5-6 chopped garlic, add ½ tsp of oregano mix it well flame it of and take it out then add into a mixing bowl and let it cool down , now add 2 beated eggs, add to taste salt, 2-3 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 700 grams of chicken mice mix it well and make it a mixture.
2. Now make small balls.
3. Take a cooking pan add of oil and shallow fry the balls till its nicely golden brown take it out and set aside.

For sauce:
1. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped onion and fry, now add ½ cup of ketchup , ½ cup of chili garlic sauce, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper and cook.
2. Now add 1 cup of chicken stock and cook.
3. Take a blender add all the paste and add it to the cooking pan when the sauce is thicken take it out.

For serving:
1. Take 3-4 long buns cut into the middle add meat balls and sauce.
2. Now sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese set it and serve it.
