Meat Balls Spegatti recipe

Ingredients:

Meat Balls as required

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1 
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes 2-3 
  • Finely Chopped Garlic 5-6
  • Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken Stock 1 cup
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup 
  • Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • For Spegatti 
  • Speagtti ½ packet
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1. Take a luke warm add ½ packet of spegatti , add 2 tbsp of oil, boil for 10 minutes take it out and wash it off for cold water,
2. Let it cool down take it out in a plate and add oil in it.
3. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, heat the oil add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté it.
4. Now add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes, 5-6 cloves of finely chopped garlic , ½ tsp of crushed black pepper and add to taste salt mix it well.
5. Now add 1 cup of chicken stock, the sauce is thicken add ½ cup of mozzarella cheese when the cheese is mixed add as required meat balls take it out in a dish.
6. Now sauce is ready. Take a serving platter spread the spegattis in the plate.
7. meat balls and pour the sauce on the top of it.
8. Meat Balls Spegatti ready serve.
