MEETHI CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
Dried plums 2 cups soaked in 2 cups water overnight remove seeds next day
Black pepper 1 tsp
Nutmeg 1/8 piece
Mace 1/8 piece
Cloves 4
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Lemon salt ¼ tsp
Orange color pinch
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Method:
Make a spice bag with all whole spices. Remove seeds from the soaked aalu bukhara. Boil it with the spice bag and all the rest. Cook till glossy. Lastly thicken with corn flour mixed in half cup water and remove.
