| Milk | 1 ½ liter |
| Sour yogurt | 2 tbsp |
| Yellow food color | 1 pinch |
| Kewra essence | few drops |
| Dry fruits | for garnish |
| Clay pot | for set |
Method:
In a pan add 1 ½milk and boil till it changes color and reach to 1 liter. Then turn off the flame. Cool it to room temperature. Then add 2 tbsp sour yogurt, few drops of kewra essence and 1 pinch of food color to mix. the pour it in clay pot and wrap it and leave it on a dark place. When it gets ready garnish with almond pistachio and serve.
