Ingredients:
- Maida 2 cups
- Sugar ½ to 1 cup
- Sooji 2 spoons
- Ghee 2 spoons
- Illaichi (Powder) 1 pinch
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil As needed
Method:
- Sab se pehle maiday mein ghee, sooji, cheeni aur illaichi powder daal kar mix karlein
- iss ke baad isko milk se gondheim
- Phir ek ghanta rakh dein taake tamam cheezain achi tarah mix ho jayein
- phir isko moti roti ki tarah bail lein aur shapes ki madad se kaat lein
- phir is ko oil/ghee mein deep fry karein halki aanch pe.
- Jab light sa brown colour hojaye to nikaal lein, or Tikkiya taiyyar.
