Ingredients:
- Flour 4 cups
- Yeast 2 ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Milk 4 tbsp
- Butter/ Oil ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1+1
- Garlic 2 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
Method:
- Knead the dough with all the ingredients until smooth and soft.
- Leave the dough to rise for an hour until its double.
- Punch down, then make 20 balls, roll it into a long a long rope, and form into rolls
- Place it in a well greased square pan , placing them joined.
Cover the pan and leave it to rise for another hour - lastly brush it with beaten egg, sesame seeds and bake.
