MERINGUE TRIFLE
INGREDIENTS:
Fruit Cocktail 2 Cup
Swiss Roll 2
Egg Whites 2
Sugar 1 Cup
Milk 1 Liter
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
Cream 1 Pack
Custard Powder 4 Tsp
Strawberry Jelly 1 Cup

METHOD:
For making the custard, first heat 1 liter milk, when the boil comes, then add 1 cup sugar. When the sugar dissolves, then add 4 tbsp custard powder and mix into water and turn off the stove and then add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence and 1 packet of cream. On 1 Swiss roll, put 1 cup of strawberry jelly and roll them and slice them .Put the swiss roll in the oven proof dish and put fruit cocktail inside it and pour the custard on the top. Apply 2 egg whites with sugar and vanilla essence on the custard and bake for 20 minutes on 200C.
