Methi Ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Gram flour half cup
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder half tsp
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Yoghurt ½ cup to 1 cup
  • Fenugreek (chopped) 2 bunches

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix together wheat flour gram, flour, salt, chili powder, turmeric,
  2. Add yoghurt, fenugreek leaves mix well and knead into dough.
  3. Don’t use water to knead the dough,
  4. Leave the dough for 30 min makes into balls.
  5. Roll roti and cook on tawa adding 1 tbsp oil.
