Ingredients:
- Green Peas 1 kg
- Fenugreek Leaves 250 gms
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Cream ½ cup
- Green Chillies 6
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Onion (chopped) 2 cup
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Red Chillies (crushed) 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Heat oil add onion and fry.
- Now add fenugreek, green chillies, cumin seeds, yogurt, turmeric
- Add ginger garlic, asafoetida, salt, red chillies, tomato paste, water and green chillies.
- When they are tender, removes from the stove.
- Add cream, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
