Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Milk 1 cup
Fresh Coconut 200 gms
Green Chilies 8
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Raw Tomatoes 2
Garlic Cloves 6 bulb
Ginger 1 piece
Lemon Juice ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Curry Leaves 8
Method:
• In a blender, blended milk, fresh coconut, green chilies, raw tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, salt, fennel seeds, yogurt and make paste.
• In a pan, heat oil add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
• When aroma comes add masala powder and cook on low flame.
• When oil surfaces, add water, boil comes add chicken and cook on half an hour.
• In the end, removes from the stove, add garam masala powder.
• Milky Chicken is ready.
