Mini Cheese Pasta Rolls by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 200 grams
  • Corn Flour 4 tbsp
  • Macaroni (boiled) 1 ½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cup
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Spring Onion (chopped) ½ cup
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Mix together eggs flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, and water to form a batter of pouring constantly.
  2. Heat a non stick pan slightly greased pour enough of the better tilt the pan to make thin pan cakes.
  3. Mix macaroni and cheese with finally chopped garlic, spring onion, Sauce, pepper and salt.
  4. Take the prepared pan cake shape to form cylinder stuff it with macaroni cheese mixture.
  5. Close the end using pan cake better.
  6. Similarly make more pan cakes deep fry the roll in hot oil till crisp and golden.
