MINI CHICKEN AND VEGGY CHEESE CAKE by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients for base:
Saltish biscuits         2 cups
Butter melted         250 gms
Method for base:
Put small cake rings on a serving platter. Press this biscuit in the ring base. Keep in fridge for 10 mins to chill.

Ingredients for savory cheese cake mixture:
Curd Cheese         1 cup
Cream             ½ cup
Lemon juice             1 tbsp
Bottled cream cheese     4 tbsp heaved

Method:
Mix all together. Keep aside.

Ingredients:
Onion chopped             2 tsp
Garlic powder             2 tbsp
Boiled and shredded chicken     1 cup
Salt and black pepper         ½ tsp each
Spring onion chopped         2 tbsp
Grated carrot             2 tbsp
Cucumber tiny cubes         ½ cup
Gelatin 1 tsp soaked in         ¼ cup water

Method:
Mix gelatin in quarter cup water. Add to mixture with chopped veggies and shredded chicken. Mix well pour on the biscuit base. Let it set in fridge for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
