Ingredients:
- Green Chilies (big) 8
- Mint Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Chicken Cube 1
- Chickpea Flour 1 cup
- Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Button Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 1 cup chickpea in a bowl, add 1 egg, salt, chicken cube and 1 tsp yogurt. Mix well, pour some luke warm water and make a thick paste.
- Now grind 1 bunch coriander leaves, ½ tbsp cumin seeds and 1 bunch mint leaves in a chopper.
- Add in salt and ½ cup tamarind pulp. Mix well
- Make a vertical stroke on each green chili with a knife and fill this ground. green chutney in it.
- Dip these filled green chilies in the chickpea mixture and fry in hot oil
