Ingredients:
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper 6
- Green cardamoms 2
- Mince Half kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crush red pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric Half tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 – 3 choperized
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Green chilies (chopped) 8
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onion till slightly golden add ginger garlic paste
- Add black pepper corns, green cardamoms, salt, crush red pepper, turmeric, coriander powder
- Add mince and choparized tomatoes
- Fry well for 10 min when oils come on tops
- Add 1 cup water cook till mince tender,
- Then add in Tamarind pulp allspice powder
- Lastly add green chilies and coriander leaves
- Leave it on dum for 5 – 10 min server hot.
