Ingredients:
- Raw Mango ½ kg
- Slice Carrot ½ kg
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Green Chili 1cup
- Garlic 4 pieces
- For Species:
- Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
- Mustards Seeds 1tsp
- Fenugreek 1tsp
- Nigella Seeds 1tsp
- Lemon Juices ½ cup
- Garlic Powder 1tsp
- Ginger Powder 1tsp
- White Vinegar 1tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Tamarind Paste 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut om raw mangoes,Green,Chilies set a side.fry garlic in oil.
- Roast fenugreek and grind well.add red chili powder.
- Add negella seed,lemon juice,ginger powder,garlic paste,turmeric.
- Add salt,white vinegar and tamarind paste in chopped raw mangoes ,carrot add all spices.
- Heat oil in pan.add mustard,cumin,whole red chilies and garlic for baghar .
- Then add in achar..keep for 3-4 days.
