Ingredients:
- Rice 2-1/2 cups
- Lemons 2
- Chopped Carrots 2
- Potatoes 3
- Chopped Onions 3
- Green chilies 6
- Sam`s Pods 10
- Chopped Soya 2 bunch
- Whole Garam Masala few
- Green Pease 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Water 3-4 cups
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger, garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a skillet heat oil and make golden brown to chopped onions and spread at paper then half onion mixture add in potatoes chopped carrot and sam pods roast to garnger garlic paste red chili powder turmeric green chilis and garam masala add fried vegetables chopped soya and cook.
- Now add water soaked rice, salt and lemon juice and cover when water is dry let it cook and serve.
