MIXED FRIED RICE by Shireen Anwar being cooked at live program show “Masala Mornings” only on Masala.
Ingredients
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Chicken Breast (stripes) ½ cup
- Prawns 8 to 10
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Pepper ½ tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Onions 1 chopped
- Carrot 1 chopped
- Spring Onion Leaves 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Peas (boiled) ¼ cup
- Eggs 2
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Pepper ½ tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper , soya sauce and keep it aside.
- Heat a wok add oil with beaten eggs.
- Add marinated chicken and prawns.
- stir fry 5 minutes.
- Add all vegetables with boiled rice and seasonings.
- Mix well and serve.
