Mixed Fried Rice by Shireen Anwar

MIXED FRIED RICE by Shireen Anwar being cooked at live program show “Masala Mornings” only on Masala.

Ingredients

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Chicken Breast (stripes) ½ cup
  • Prawns 8 to 10
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ½ tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Onions 1 chopped
  • Carrot 1 chopped
  • Spring Onion Leaves 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Peas (boiled) ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2 
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper , soya sauce and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a wok add oil with beaten eggs. 
  3. Add marinated chicken and prawns. 
  4. stir fry 5 minutes. 
  5. Add all vegetables with boiled rice and seasonings. 
  6. Mix well and serve.
