Mixed Subzi by Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients:

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1
  • Finely Chopped Garlic 3-4
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Boiled Cauliflower ½ cup
  • Boiled Carrot ½ cup
  • Boiled Green Beans ½ cup
  • Boiled Peas ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Take a cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil, heat it add 1 finely chopped onions, 3-4 chopped garlic cloves and fry when the onions are golden brown add 2-3 tomatoes, ½ cup of boiled cauliflower, ½ cup of carrot , ½ cup of boiled green beans, ½ cup of boiled peas , 1 cup of yogurt , 1 tsp of crushed red chilies and add to taste salt and cook 3-4 minutes and stir fry.
  2. Taking out in a serving dish and garnish coriander and serve it.
