Ingredients:
- Finely Chopped Onion 1
- Finely Chopped Garlic 3-4
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Boiled Cauliflower ½ cup
- Boiled Carrot ½ cup
- Boiled Green Beans ½ cup
- Boiled Peas ½ cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil, heat it add 1 finely chopped onions, 3-4 chopped garlic cloves and fry when the onions are golden brown add 2-3 tomatoes, ½ cup of boiled cauliflower, ½ cup of carrot , ½ cup of boiled green beans, ½ cup of boiled peas , 1 cup of yogurt , 1 tsp of crushed red chilies and add to taste salt and cook 3-4 minutes and stir fry.
- Taking out in a serving dish and garnish coriander and serve it.
