Mixed Vegetable Soup by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients:

  • Mixed Vegetables                             ½ kg
  • Tomatoes                                5-6
  • Garlic (Chopped)                            4-5
  • Crushed Black Pepper                         1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder                             ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder                             1/3 tsp
  • Chicken Stock                                 as required
  • Butter                                     as required
  • Oil                                         2 tbsp
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • Cream                                     for garnish

Method:

  1. Chop mixed vegetables finely.
  2. Put tomatoes in lukewarm water, peel it and take out seeds.
  3. Then put in blender, add chicken stock and make paste.
  4. Now heat oil in pan, put garlic, fry it and add tomatoes paste.
  5. Then add mixed vegetables and cook on low flame.
  6. When vegetables tender, take out in dish.
  7. Then sprinkle black pepper, salt, red chili powder and cinnamon and put butter.
  8. Then garnish with cream.
  9. Mixed vegetable soup is ready.
