Ingredients:
- Parsnip grated 2 cup
- Potato peeled 1
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Carom 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Green coriander as required
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Ingredient for Dough:
- Flour 2 cup
- Whole flour 1 cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Clarified butter for fry
Method:
- Mix all ingredient of dough and left for 15 minute.
- Mix all ingredient of filling.
- Make roll of pedas and fill filling.
- Roll again roast hot tawa. Fry in hot ghee.
