Moti Choor Rabri Kheer

Ingredients:         

  • Milk                                                                     1-1/2 liters
  • Boiled rice                                                           3/4cups
  • Sugar                                                                   ¼ cup
  • Rabri                                                                    250grams
  • Moti choor ladoo                                               6
  • Kevrah essence                                                   few drops
  • Small cardamom                                                4/5
  • Finely chopped Almonds and pistachios        for garnishing

Method:

  1. After boiling the milk add boiled rice and small cardamom mix and let it cook.
  2. Then add sugar and cook till its thick then add kevrah essence and switch off the flame.
  3. few drops in the dish of kevrah essence
  4. Add Rabri and moti choor k ladoo with almonds and pistachios and garnish it with silver wrap.
  5. Serve when it cools down.
