Ingredients:
For Moti:
- Chicken mince (finely) 750gm
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
- Silver to decorate
- Green Chili 4-5
- Salt to taste
For Rice:
- Rice ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Chicken Cube 2
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Fanon seeds 1 tbsp
- Loaf 3-4
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil/ Clarified Butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
For Moti:
- In a chopper, add green chili, chicken mince, red chili powder, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder and salt. Chop it
- Now make balls of that mixture and add them in steamer & give steam.
- Cover half of balls with silver. Moti is ready.
For Rice:
- Soak rice for 2 hours.
- Now make potli of, Cumin seeds, Fanon seeds, Loaf, Cinnamon, Black Pepper (Crushed) and Coriander seeds.
- In a pan, add water, chicken cube and potli. Cook it well till fragrance appears.
- In another pan, heat oil add onion & golden fry it. Then take out half & of it in a plate.
- In rest of onion add ginger garlic paste & cook it well then add chicken stock & baghar.
- Now add Rice & cook it. When rice is almost done then add Moti & cook it on low fire.
- Dish it out & sprinkle brown onion & serve it. Moti Pulao is ready.
