Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
- Green chili 5-6
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves few
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Onion medium 1
- Fennel seeds 3 tbsp
- Whole all spice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock 1 liter
- Rice ½ kg
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- In boneless chicken green coriander, green chilis
- Add curries leaves cumin and salt mix and grind it like mince and 30 minutes keep in refrigerator .
- Now remove from refrigerator and make it small koftay and again keep in refrigerator
- Then in a wok heat oil and garlic and onion fry after this all spices powder
- Add chicken stock, water, fennel and salt add and boil then cover with lid
- After cooked for half an hour and stock strain it
- Then add koftay and cook for 10 minutes .
- Now add rice and leave on dum then serve it .
