Moti Pulao

Ingredients: 

  • Chicken boneless              ½ kg
  • Fresh coriander                 1 bunch
  • Green chili                           5-6
  • Cumin seeds                       1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves                        few
  • Garlic                                     1 tbsp
  • Ginger                                   1 tbsp
  • Onion medium                  1
  • Fennel seeds                       3 tbsp
  • Whole all spice                  2 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1-1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock                     1 liter
  • Rice                                        ½ kg
  • Oil                                           ¼ cup

Method:

  1. In boneless chicken green coriander, green chilis
  2. Add curries leaves cumin and salt mix and grind it like mince and 30 minutes keep in refrigerator .
  3. Now remove from refrigerator and make it small koftay and again keep in refrigerator
  4. Then in a wok heat oil and garlic and onion fry after this all spices powder
  5. Add chicken stock, water, fennel and salt add and boil then cover with lid
  6. After cooked for half an hour and stock strain it
  7. Then add koftay and cook for 10 minutes .
  8. Now add rice and leave on dum then serve it .
