Motichoor Kay Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • For boondi:
  • Gram flour                          ½ kg
  • Semolina                             1cup
  • Water                                   for batter
  • Yellow color                        1/2 tsp
  • Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:
  • Sugar                                     250 gm
  • Water                                   3/4 cup
  • Cardamom pods               1 tsp
  • Char magaz                         as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and make bondi with the help of a ladle called jharna.
  2.  Pour the batter in the jharna and press continuously so that the
  3.  bondi comes down in the oil. Fry till oil stops sizzling approx for
  4.  1 minute. Now take out the bondi and keep aside. when all
  5.  your bondi is fried, Again  fry bondi for 15 seconds.
  6.  Take it out.
  7. Make sugar syrup.
  8. Add the bondi to the sugar syrup add melon seeds and soak for
  9.  10 minutes on slow heat. Now cool down and make ladoo’s with
  10.  your hands. Ready to enjoy!
