M’sakhan chicken roast
Ingredients:
500 grm chicken, quartered
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup oil, plus more for greasing
1.1/2 tbsp ground sumac
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large yellow onions, sliced
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients listed above ( except butter), then grease baking tray and bake chicken until becomes soft and onion becomes light golden brown.
