Ingredients:
Milk 2 litre
Saffron ½ tsp
Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Rice (soaked) 1 cup
Khoya 1 cup
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Almonds 50 gms
Pistachios 50 gms
Currants 50 gms
Coconut 50 gms
Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
Silver Leaves 2
Method:
• In a pan, boil milk.
• In a blender , blended saffron, soaked rice and milk.
• Add in boiled milk and cook.
• When they are thick add sugar.
• After this, add khoya, yellow food color and cardamom powder.
• Now take it out in a dish, pour fresh cream, coconut, pistachios and currants.
• Garnish with silver leaves.
