Mughlai Kesari Kheer Recipe

MUGHLAI KESARI KHEER
Ingredients:
Milk 2 litre
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Rice (soaked) 1cup
Khoya 1cup
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Almonds 50 gms
Pistachios 50 gm
Currants 50 gms
Coconut 50 gms
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Silver Leaves 2
Method:
• In a pan, boil milk.
• In a blender, blended saffron, soaked rice and milk.
• Add in boil milk and cook on low flame.
• When mixture thick add sugar.
• After this, add khoya , yellow food color and cardamom powder.
• Now take it out in a dish, pour cream.
• Sprinkle coconut, almonds, pistachios and currants.
• Garnish with silver leaves.
