Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Cashew Paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped Fennel ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Hing 1 pinch
- Cumin Seed Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee or Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a saucepan heat ½ cup ghee or oil and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, when aroma is given out, add ½ kg chicken.
- Cook until golden brown. Now in a bowl add 1 cup yogurt, 1- ½ red chili Powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch hing, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp cashew Paste, ½ tsp chopped fennel, 1 tsp chopped coriander, ½ tsp chopped cumin seeds. Mix well.
- After this add chicken and cover for a while. When water is dried from the chicken then add ½ tsp saffron in 1 cup milk and add in chicken.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Ready to serve.
