Murgh Aalu Bukhara Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 10 – 12
  • Aalo Bukhara 12 soaked in half cup water
  • Potatoes 2 cut in big square pieces
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method:

  1. Wash and dry chicken marinate with salt leave it for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil add 1 cup water aalu Bukhara, whole red chili cover and cook for 10 min add chicken pieces with potatoes simmer on low flame till done.
  3. Fry well and remove.
