Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili whole 10 – 12
- Aalo Bukhara 12 soaked in half cup water
- Potatoes 2 cut in big square pieces
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Wash and dry chicken marinate with salt leave it for half an hour.
- Heat oil add 1 cup water aalu Bukhara, whole red chili cover and cook for 10 min add chicken pieces with potatoes simmer on low flame till done.
- Fry well and remove.
