Ingredients:
- Chicken Mince 250 grams
- Cottage Cheese 100 grams
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour ½ cup
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 tbsp
- Soda ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of chicken mince
- 100 grams of cottage cheese 1tbsp of garlic paste ½ cup gram flour 1tsp of red chili powder
- 1tsp of turmeric powder ½ of whole spice powder
- 1tsp coriander powder 2tbsp chopped coriander
- 2tbsp of green chilies ½ of baking soda
- Add a pinch of salt heat the oil in a deep wok deep fry the pakora’s at last serve it with chutney
