Murgh Paneer Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince 250 grams
  • Cottage Cheese 100 grams
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram Flour ½ cup
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 tbsp
  • Soda ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of chicken mince
  2. 100 grams of cottage cheese 1tbsp of garlic paste ½ cup gram flour 1tsp of red chili powder
  3. 1tsp of turmeric powder ½ of whole spice powder
  4. 1tsp coriander powder 2tbsp chopped coriander
  5. 2tbsp of green chilies ½ of baking soda
  6. Add a pinch of salt heat the oil in a deep wok deep fry the pakora’s at last serve it with chutney
