Mutthi Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Mince half kg
  • Onions (grated) 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander leave 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2- 3
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 ½ tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl knead well make sausage shape kababs
  2. Heat fry pan put the kababs on it cook on high heat for 5 min reduce heat
  3. Cook kabab for another 5 min
  4. Serve with tamarind chatni and onion rings
