Ingredients:
- Mince half kg
- Onions (grated) 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander leave 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2- 3
- Turmeric half tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl knead well make sausage shape kababs
- Heat fry pan put the kababs on it cook on high heat for 5 min reduce heat
- Cook kabab for another 5 min
- Serve with tamarind chatni and onion rings
