Mutton Chops

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Chops                                 ½ kg
  • Water                                                            2 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste                         2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce                                         1 tbsp
  • Vinegar                                             2 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chilies                       ½ tbsp
  • Coriander (roasted & Crushed)  ½ tbsp
  • Carom Seeds                                   1 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed)                ½ tbsp
  • Salt                                                     to taste
  • Eggs                                                    2
  • Chickpea Flour                                2-3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs                                  as required

Method:

  1. Flat mutton chops using hammer
  2. Add 2 cups of water in a pan with chops, add in ginger garlic paste
  3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, crushed chilies, carom seeds, black pepper
  4. Add salt and mix all well on cook it on low flame until the meat is tender and gravy dries .
  5. In another bowl take 2 eggs, add in chickpea flour and mix well.
  6. Add this mixture to chops and mix again.
  7. Now Coat chops in bread crumbs and fry mutton chops till they are golden brown.
  8. Serve with salad
