Mutton do Piaza

Ingredients:

  • Meat (mutton,boiled)                        ½ kg
  • Tomatoes                                            250 gms
  • Green Chilies                                        6
  • Coriander Leaves                             ½ bunch
  • Oil                                                            ½ cup
  • Onions                                                  375 gms
  • Coriander Powder                            1 tsp
  • Nigella Seeds                                       ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder                                  ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                               ½ tsp
  • Salt                                                         ½ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste                           2 tsp

Method:

  1. Cut onions and green chilies length wise. Now in pan, heat oil and add onion , green chilies.
  2. Fry and take Now add meat, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric powder
  3. Add coriander powder, nigella seeds and  garam masala powder and cook on low flame for half an hour.
  4. Then add onions,green chilies and coriander leaves.
  5. Mix well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the stove.
  7. Murgh do piaza is read to serve.
