Mutton Khoya Kabab Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Minced Mutton half kg
  • Khoya half cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric quarter tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Soda Bi-carb half tsp
  • Onion (sliced) for garnishing

 

Method:

  1. Mix all together in mince and choperized well.
  2. Just before cooking add soda, make into seekh kabab shapes, pan fry or bake.
  3. Give dum of coal serve garnish with onion rings.
