Ingredients:
- Minced Mutton half kg
- Khoya half cup
- Butter 2 oz
- Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
- Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric quarter tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Soda Bi-carb half tsp
- Onion (sliced) for garnishing
Method:
- Mix all together in mince and choperized well.
- Just before cooking add soda, make into seekh kabab shapes, pan fry or bake.
- Give dum of coal serve garnish with onion rings.
