Mutton Macaroni Curry by Shireen Anwar

Mutton Macaroni Curry recipe by Shireen Anwar is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Masala Mornings” on Masala TV only.

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton ½ kg
  2. Onion (Sliced) 1 
  3. Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  5. Allspice Powder ½ tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Oil ½ cup
  8. Macaroni (Boiled) ½ cup
  9. Garlic Ginger 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric ½ tsp
  11. Green Chilies (Ground) 1 tbsp
  12. Ingredients for Garnishing:
  13. French Fries 1 cup
  14. Egg (Boiled) 1
  15. Tomato (Rings) 1
  16. Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Marinate mutton with coriander powder, green chili paste, ginger garlic, turmeric, allspice powder and salt.
2. Heat oil and to it add cumin seeds and onion.
3. Fry till light golden.
4. Add marinated mutton with half cup water fry till oil floats on top.
5. Then add 1 and half cup water and cook till mutton is tender.
6. Mix in the boiled macaroni.
7. Remove to a serving bowl.
8. Garnish with fries, boiled egg, tomato rings and coriander leaves.
